【摘要】 通过不同 pH值PDA培养基对玉米茎腐病 3种主要病原菌肿囊腐霉菌、禾生腐霉菌、禾谷镰刀菌生长影响的试验 ,测定了 3种病原菌适宜生长的酸碱度范围。结果表明 :肿囊腐霉菌的适宜生长范围为 pH值 6～ 10 ,最适生长 pH值为 6～ 7。禾生腐霉菌的适宜生长范围为 pH值 6～ 10 ,最适生长 pH值为 6。禾谷镰刀菌的适宜生长范围为 pH值 6～ 9,最适生长pH值为 7。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment of influence of pH value on pathogens of corn stalk rot was conducted in laboratory. The result showed that suit range of pH value was 6～10, and the best was 6～7 to Pythium inflatum. The suit range to Pythium graminicola. was 6～10, and the best was 6 and to Fusarium graminearum,the two ranges were 6~9 and 7 reapectively.更多还原
