【Abstract】 This article studies systematically the techniques for production of virus free potatoes . Virus-free shoots were cultured by using simplified liquid medium in glass jar instead of triangle glass. New and modified techniques were developed for mass production of virus-free seed potatoes. These techniques are high-yielding, efficient and low-cost for rapid multiplication of virus-free minitubers.更多还原
