【摘要】 目的　探讨可否通过添加药物的途径避免输注性静脉损伤 ,保护血管。方法　输注液选取2 0 %甘露醇及 10 %葡萄糖氯化钾 ,添加药物为山莨菪硷及硫酸镁。选取无禁忌症的老年患者 6 0 0例 ,随机分组 ,统一输注方法及观察指标。结果　加山莨菪硷组比不加山莨菪硷组静脉炎的发生率显著降低 ,P<0 .0 5 ,1+ 级静脉炎降低更为显著P <0 .0 1,加硫酸镁组与不加者差异不显著。结论　在输注高渗的甘露醇及葡萄糖氯化钾时 ,内加少量山莨菪硷 ,对预防静脉炎保护血管有一定的作用。在某些特殊情况下可考虑用此法完成治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study if adding medicine can protect the vein against injury. Methods Choosing 20% mannitol, 10%glcose and 10% potassium chloride as the infusion solution, Anisodamine and magnesium sulphate as the added medicine, 600 aged patient who have no contraindication were chosen, and divided them into groups randomly, unified the method of infusion and observation index. Results The probability of causing phlebitis is lower in the anisodamine added group than in the group with anisodamine, P<0.05. The probability of causingⅠ+ degree phlebitis decreased more obviously, P<0.01. There is no significant difference between the magnesium sulphate added group and without magnesium sulphate. Conclusions Anisodamine perform a certain function to protect the vein against phlebitis in infusing hypertonic solusion such mannitol, glucose and potassium chloride. In order to accomplish the therapy task, this mathod can be used on certain condition.更多还原
