【摘要】 目的　研究安瓿消毒次数与一次性输液器排出液量引起细菌污染的差异。方法　对不同消毒次数安瓿及不同排液量的输液器行细胞培养。结果　安瓿消毒次数与一次性输液器排出液量经细菌培养差异无显著性。结论　安瓿需划痕时消毒一次 ;易折型安瓿可不消毒 ,输液排出液量以管腔内无空气既可更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the difference of bacterial infection caused by ampule disinfection times and draining quantity of one off transfusion system. Methods Using bacterial culture in the study. Results There was no difference in bacterial culture. The ampule disinfection times and the draining quantity did not influence infection positive rate. Conclusions The easy operation ampule did not need disinfection; the ampule which need to be scarified must be disinfection once. We drain quantity of liquid according to air draining更多还原
