【摘要】 目的　减少子宫切除术后留置尿管拔除后尿潴留的发生。方法　将子宫切除患者 2 80例 ,随机分为观察组和对照组 ,观察组采用膀胱充盈时先拔管、后排尿 ,对照组采用膀胱空虚时拔管 ,待膀胱再充盈时排尿。结果　第一次排尿量无明显差异P >0 .0 5 ,观察组第一次自然排尿成功率明显高于对照组P <0 .0 1。结论　留置尿管拔出时机选择在膀胱充盈时为最佳时机更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to decrease uroschesis happen after indwelling catheter extraction post-hysterectomy.Methods 280 Cases of hysterectomy patients were divided into the observation group and the control group.In the observation group,decannulation were done as filling of bladder,then urination.but In the control group,decannulation were done after emiction.Results The mount of the first emiction was significant difference,P>0.05.In the observation group,the successful rate of the first natural emiction was higher than that of the control group,P<0.01.Conclusions The best time of decannulation is at filling of bladder.更多还原
