【摘要】 目的　为了解人工晶体植入术患者的心理状态 ,以便采取相应的护理措施 ,增进疗效。方法　用问卷法结合交谈法和观察法对 79例患者的心理状态进行调查。结果　患者的心态表现较复杂多样 ,主要是担心手术能否成功 ;对手术的恐惧 ;担心经济负担重等。并对症采取了相应的心理护理措施 ,取得良好疗效。结论　强调了心理护理在人工晶体植入术中的重要作用 ,实施心理护理是医生和护士的共同责任更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know about the psychological state of the patients before the operation of artificial lens implanting, so as to adopt corresponding nursing care to improve curative effect. Methods Questionnaire method combined with interview method and observation method were adopted in analyzing 7 cases of patients. Results The patients mental state was complex and various. Their main concerns were whether the operation would succeed or not, the fear of operation and their economic condition. According to above situation, the corresponding measures of mental nursing were adopted and proved effective. Conclusion It is important to adopt mental nursing care in the artificial lens implanting operation. Both doctors and nurses share the same responsibility to perform mental nursing.更多还原
