【摘要】 为了保证粮食流通环节的正常运转 ,国家在财政金融方面制定了一系列政策 ,但在执行中却存在不少问题 ,突出表现在三个方面 :一是财政补贴资金滞留过多 ,没有及时足额用到粮食流通上 ;二是陈粮压库严重 ,不但挤占了粮库 ,也占用了粮食专项资金 ;三是农业政策性信贷质量很差 ,亟待加以改善。更多还原
