压铸模具失效分析
Failure Analysis of Die Casting Dies
【摘要】 利用扫描电镜对失效压铸模具热疲劳裂纹的宏观、微观、断口形貌进行了分析．分析表明，裂纹尖端不断分枝，裂纹内的氧化物内部被破坏，并产生了新的裂纹．热疲劳断口形貌为典型的沿晶加韧窝混合型断口．
【Abstract】 The macro-morphology, micro-morphology and fracture morphlogy of failure die casting dies were analyzed. The results showed that branches formed in the front to crack tip constantly and new cracks were formed when oxides in the cracks were destroyed.
