The conflict between the fast signal collection of video signal and low speed of seri- al communication in the industry control is expatiated in this paper. Conflict is overcomed based on the application by the way of hardware designed, time of system utilize fully and software de- signed felicity, redundancy data are compressed efficiency, the resolution of this contrary is proved to be stable, reliable by practical running.
