【摘要】 目的 :了解医院目前开展门诊导医服务的现状、任务、工作范围、效果、人选及其影响因素 ,以更好开展门诊导医服务 ,满足病人日益增加的服务需求。方法 :采用随机抽样方法对上海市 10所开展导医服务的医院 (三级甲等和二级甲等各 5所医院 )的 16 8例病人进行了调查。数据分析用百分率、χ2 处理。结果 :导医服务能使病人在门诊就诊中的困难得到及时解决 ;导医服务的效果与导医人员的业务水平有关 ,受过高等专业教育者高于中等专业。但各医院领导对门诊导医工作的认识有差异 ,因而在配置门诊导医人员数以及导医人员的护龄、学历等方面的差异较大。还需扩大开展特需服务。结论 :专业学历人员导医服务能满足病人需求 ,导医服务的效果与导医人员学历层次有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the current situation, function, results and affecting factors of Medicare Guiding Service in the outpatient department in order to meet the increasing demand and to better the service. Method: 168 patients of 10 hospitals in Shanghai were enrolled randomly. Data were analyzed statistically with either percentage rate or χ 2 test. Results:Patients did benefit from Medicare Guiding Service, and the quality of this kind of service parallels with professional knowledge of staff, and the educational levels served as key factor for better services. The problem is the lack of understanding about the importance and Medicare Guiding Service, therefore, Medicare Guiding Service is still lagging behind. A lot of new service items should be considered. Conclusion: Medicare Guiding Service is needed and the quality of Medicare Guiding Service is relevant to the educational levels of the staff.更多还原
