过氧乙酸的稳定性及稳定剂的研究
Study on the stability and stabilizers of peracetic acid
【摘要】 为考察含量为40%左右过氧乙酸的稳定性及适宜的稳定剂,选择了五种化学试剂,分别添加在 40%过氧乙酸中并分别进行了恒温38±1℃和室温避光条件下的含量监测.实验结果如下:恒温38±1℃条件下稳定剂的稳定效果为焦磷酸钠>硫氰酸钾>草酸>水杨酸>EDTA;室温避光条件下稳定剂的稳定效果为焦磷酸钠>水杨酸>硫氰酸钾>草酸>EDTA。结果表明,五种稳定剂对延长40%过氧乙酸的稳定期均有明显效果,其中焦磷酸钠、硫氰酸钾等含P、S元素的稳定剂效果较好。
【Abstract】 To study the stability and stabilizers of 40% peracetic acid, the concentration of peracetic acid were respectively determined with five kinds of stabilizers in. Under38±1℃ and room temperature, the effect of stabilizers were: sodium pyrophosphate>potassium sulfocyanate>.oxalic acid >.salicylic acid>EDTA and sodium pyrophosphate>salicylic acid >potassium sulfocyanate>oxalic acid > EDTA. The results showed that all of the five stabilizers had obvious effect on extending the store time of peracetic acid, the stabilizers which contain the P. S etc elements showed the best effect.
