【Abstract】 The shape factor of ammonia synthesis ZA 5 catalyst was obtained by means of measuring the pressure drop of the fixed bed packed with catalyst particles in an apparatus. Then the obtained shape factor, which is 0.594, is applied to the simulation of a three stage cascade adiabatic ammonia synthesis reactor and the pressure drop obtained is 0.212 3MPa.更多还原
