丁羟氨酯丙烯酸树脂的合成及力学性能初探
Synthesis and Initial Inquisition on Physical Properties of Urethane Acrylate Resin Based on HTPB
【摘要】 以端羟基聚丁二烯、2 ,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料 ,合成了丁羟氨酯丙烯酸树脂 ,利用端基分析和红外光谱测试 ,证明了产物符合预期的结构。以偶氮二异丁氰和过氧化苯甲酰作为固化剂 ,研究了固化过程并初步测试了其力学性能
【Abstract】 Urethane acrylate resin is synthesized based on HTPB, HEA and TDI. The deviced structure of the synthetic resin is testified by means of titration and infrared analysis. The curing procedure is studied with BPO and AIBN as curing agents. Some preliminary results of mechanical properties have also been given.
