【摘要】 目的 :探讨对玻切术后无晶体眼进行人工晶体植入的安全有效的手术方法。方法 :对 45例此类患者采用巩膜隧道切口植入人工晶体 ;其中 8例周边囊膜保留良好者常规植入人工晶体 ,余 37例在后房灌注下缝线固定人工晶体。结果 :45例均在安全稳定的眼内压条件下完成手术 ,并显著提高了视力。结论 :巩膜隧道切口人工晶体二期植入术及灌注下人工晶体二期缝线固定术是治疗玻切术后无晶体眼的安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To discuss the effects of intraocular lens(IOL) implantation for aphakic eyes after vitrectomy. METHODS: 45 aphakic eyes are implanted intraocular lens through a sclerotic tunnel incision, 37 of them are fixed IOL under irrigation into vitreous cavity. RESULTS: 45 operations are all completed under safe and stable intraocular pressure, and the vision of all the patiens improved obviously. CONCLUSION: The IOL suture fixation surgery under irrigation is a safe and effective way to treat the aphakic eyes after vitrectomy.更多还原
