【摘要】 目的 :探讨前房穿刺术在角膜全层裂伤修补术中应用的方法及结果。方法 :将 1995至 1998年复杂性角膜裂伤分为A、B两组。A组 :常规缝合 ,由创口或辅助切口恢复前房及解除前粘连 ;B组 :缝合时常规行前房穿刺术 ,由穿刺口恢复前房及解除前粘连。结果 :术中器械进入前房次数≥ 2次 :A组 2 8眼 ,B组 3眼 ;后弹力层剥脱 :A组 6眼 ,B组 1眼 ;缝线松驰、创口漏水 :A组 7眼 ,B组 0眼 ;术后虹膜前粘连 :A组 12眼 ,B组 12眼 ;P <0 0 1。结论 :角膜全层裂伤修复术中应用前房穿刺术安全有效更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the method and results of that prracentesis is appplyed during the operation of corneal leceration repairment surtural. METHODS: Complicated corneal leceration cases were divided in to A group and B group from 1995 to 1998 year. A group: routine sutur; B group: making routine paracentesis during sutur. RESULTS: times of instrument going in and out anterior chamber during operation ≥2; A group: 28 eyes, B group: 3 eyes. Descemet memberane detachment: A group 6 eyes, B group 1 eye; Discontinuos sutur make the wound exudate: A group 7 eyes, B group 0 eye. Post operative anterior sgnechias: A group 12 eyes, B group 2 eyes, etc; P<0 01. CONCLUSION: Paratentesis was safe and effective on operation of corneal leceration.更多还原
