热处理工艺对25CrNiWVA钢的组织和力学性能的影响
Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength steel 25CrNiWVA
【摘要】 研究了一种新型低合金超高强度钢 2 5CrNiWVA经不同温度淬火和回火后的力学性能和微观组织的变化规律。结果发现 ,在 90 0~ 94 0℃淬火 ,340℃左右回火时 ,2 5CrNiWVA钢的组织为均匀细小的回火马氏体 ,其力学性能分别达到 :σb≥ 15 0 0MPa ,σ0 .2 ≥ 130 0MPa,δ5≥ 12 % ,ψ≥ 6 0 % ,Aku≥ 5 0J。 2 5CrNiWVA钢可以满足某些航空结构件高强度和高韧性的要求
【Abstract】 High strength steel 25CrNiWVA was thermally treated at different quenching and tempering temperatures. The results show that when 900~940℃quenched and 340℃ tempered, steel 25CrNiWVA was composed of fine martensitic microstructure and had superior mechanical properties as follows: σ b≥1500MPa, σ 0.2 ≥1300MPa, δ 5≥12%, ψ≥60%, A ku ≥50J. Steel 25 CrNi WVA can meet with the requirement of high strength and high toughness of aerospace components due to its high resistance to tempering softening.
