【摘要】 从 2 0世纪 50年代末到 90年代 ,不断报道研究孔雀绿光度法测定金的论文 ,包括一价和三价金的显色条件 ,并有了许多新的应用。文中综合比较了金的不同分析方法 ,探讨了孔雀绿法较稳定的显色条件 ,以及干扰元素的影响 ,认为采用孔雀绿法测定金的分析精密度和实用性均比较好。在测定中 ,可选用磷酸处理过的稳定孔雀绿试剂 ,但仍要消除铊和汞的干扰。同时 ,还提出了适用的分离富集方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 A number of treatises concerning gold determination by malachite green spectrophotometry were reported one after another from the end of 1950s to 1990s.These treatises also involved the conditions of color development of one valence and three valence gold and some new application of malachite green method.In this paper,the comparisons among various assaying methods are made and the stable conditions of color development when using malachite green method and the influence of disturbing elements are investigated.As a result,we consider that malachite green method is better in practicality and precision .This paper also points out that the stable malachite green reagent after treatment by phosphonic acid can be seletced in the gold determination and assay,however it is necessary to eliminate seriously the disturbance of thallium and mercury.The suitable program of enrichment and separation is put forward too.更多还原
