【摘要】 目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定金银花中绿原酸的含量(有别于2000年版药典一部收载的内容)。方法:采用十八烷基键合硅胶柱,流动相为甲醇:水:冰乙酸(20:80:2);检测波长328nm。结果:绿原酸标准曲线的线性范围为0.25μg～2.00μg;r=0.9997;样品平均加收率为:99.29%,RSD 为1.05%。结论:本法提取简单、快速,结果可靠,重现性好。用以控制金银花的质量,结果令人满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The method is to determine the content of Luyuansuan in Jinyinhua （different from ChP.2000.Vol Ⅰ）.Methods.Luyuansuan was separated on Spherisorb C₁₈ column by using Alcohol:Water:Acetic acid （20:80:2）,detected at 328nm.Results:The range of standard curve is 0.25μg～2.00μg;The average recovery is 99.29%.The correlation coefficient is 0.9997.Conclusion:This selected method was proved to be simple and fast.The result is reli- able and can be repeated.So it is Satisfactory to control the quality of Jinyinhua.更多还原
