【摘要】 本文研究证明青蒿素明显对抗乌头碱诱发大鼠心律失常作用,对哇巴因诱发豚鼠心律失常有明显保护作用,其疗效相当于奎尼丁和维拉帕米。临床30例室性快速型心律失常观察显示,该药对心肌炎性心律失常效果较好,有效率达77％,对某些难治性心律失常有效。青蒿素成人每日口服80mg剂量无明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 It has been proved that artemisinin has a significatally effects on the arrhythmias induced by aconititne and Qubain in rats and guinea pigs. The effects of artemisinin on the antiarrhythmias is similar to Quinidine and verapamil. It has been found that artemisinin could inhibit obviously the arrhythmias suffered from myocarditis、coronary disease, in the clinic 30 case research. Its effective rate reach to 77%. The adverse effects has not been found in adult orally 80mg every day for one month.更多还原
