与饮用水接触的防护材料浸泡水中甲醛的测定

【摘要】 目的 为监督监测涉及饮用水卫生安全产品 ,对测定与饮用水接触的防护材料浸泡水中甲醛的变色酸分光光度法进行了探讨。方法 对方法的测定条件、干扰情况、线性范围以及精密度、准确度等进行了实验。结果 甲醛浓度在 0~ 1.0 mg/ L 范围内符合比耳定律 ,相关系数 r=0 .9999,最低检测浓度为 0 .0 4 mg/ L,相对标准偏差为 0 .2 9%~2 .4 8% ,回收率为 96 .7%~ 10 3.3%。结论 操作简便 ,精密度、准确度均好 ,灵敏度较高 ,显色后溶液稳定 ,干扰因素少 ,适合与饮用水接触的防护材料浸泡水中甲醛的测定

【Abstract】 Objective To supervise and monitor the quality of hygienic safety products for drinking water,the method of spectrophotometry with chromotropic acid for determination of formaldehyde in water of dipping protective materials contacting with drinking water was explored Methods The experiments of the measurement conditions,interfering factors,linear relationship,precision and accuracy were carried out Results This method obeyed the Beer’s Law in the range of concentrations of 0~1 0 mg/L formaldehyde with a correlation coefficient r of 0.999 9,detection limit,relative standard deviation and recovery rate were 0 04 mg/L,0 29%~2 48%,96 7%~103 3% respectively Conclusion This method was featured by easy operation,higher precision and accuracy,higher sensitivity,stable solution after color reaction and less interference factors,which was suitable for determination of formaldehyde in the water of dipping protective materials contacting with drinking water
