【摘要】 主要综述了防晒、美白及美发三类特殊用途化妆品的功效评价方法。对防晒化妆品 ,从 UVA的防护和评价及 UVB的防护和评价作了介绍 ;对美白化妆品 ,从动物学方法、细胞学方法和酶学方法作了介绍 ;对美发化妆品 ,从发束的模拟试验和试管内试验作了介绍。指出随着特殊化妆品的生产和使用日益扩大 ,对它们的功效检测也应逐步从成品检测向原材料检测发展 ,从动物试验、人体试验向细胞试验、离体试验发展 ,以提高检测效率 ,减少对人体的伤害更多还原

【Abstract】 The methods for assessing the efficieney of 3 kinds of cosmetics,such as sunscreening,skin whitening and hair caring cosmetics,were mainly reviewed in this paper For sunscreeing cosmetics,the assessment methods of protective action from ultraviolet radiation in the range of A and B wavebands were introduced For skin whitening cosmetics,the assessment methods using zoological,cytological and enzymlogical tests were introduced The hair caring cosmetics were discussed concerning the simulated tests of tress and tests (in vitro) It was pointed that,with the increasingly extending manufacture and application of cosmetics for special use,the detection range of their efficiency should be gradually developed from finished products to raw materials,and from animal tests and human body tests to cell tests and tests in vitro for the purpose of advancing the efficiency of detection and reducing the impacts of the cosmetics for special use to consumers更多还原
