【摘要】 利用计算机应用软件 Excel97电子表格除可进行一些简单计算外 ,还可利用其“粘贴函数”功能进行“相关系数”、样品含量等比较复杂的运算。并可在电子表格中保存检验结果便于统计和总结。应用 Word97应用软件按照检验报告的规定格式制作“邮件合并”主文档 ,以相关电子表格作为数据源。利用“邮件合并”功能直接把电子表格中的数据填入固定的检验报告格式内 ,自动生成并打印出检验报告 ,以实现检验结果统计和报告的自动化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Microsoft Excel 97 electronic table could be used not only for simple calculation,but also for some more complicated calculation,such as correlation coefficient and content of a certain material in detected samples etc.by its paste function The detection data could be saved in electronic tables for statistics and reports The main documents of mail combination were made by Word97 software according to the pattens of detection reports and based on the data of related electronic tables as imformation sources The technicians could fill in fixed detection reports directly with the data saved in related electronic tables by means of the function of mail combination,and then the terminal detection reports could be completed and printed automatically So the automation of statistics and reports in laboratories was realized更多还原
