氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法测定净水剂中砷
Determination of Arsenic in Water Purificant by FI-hydride Generation-atomic Fluorescence Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 用氢化物发生 -原子荧光光度法测定净水剂中砷 ,选择最优化的反应条件和工作条件。方法的检出限为 0 .47ng/ ml,精密度为 0 .98% ,标准曲线 0~ 10 0 ng/ ml,砷的相关系数为 0 .9997。实际样品测定中 ,砷的回收率在 96 .5 %~10 2 .0 %之间。
【Abstract】 The contents of arsenic in water purificants was determined by FI hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry in this assay,based on the optimization of reaction and working condition The detection limit and precision was 0 47 ng/ml and 0 98% respectively The linear range of standard curve was 0~100 ng/ml ( r=0 9997 ) The recovery rates of detection ranged from 96 5% to 102 0% for samples
