多层异质复合结构激光钎焊工艺

【摘要】 压电陶瓷变压器 (PECT)是一种新型的电子元器件材料 ,具有多层异质复合结构。目前多采用手工烙铁对其侧电极进行连接 ,主要缺点是 :工作效率和成品率低 ,难以保证各陶瓷片之间的全连通和控制金属间化合物的形成 ,焊接质量较差 ,返工率高等。针对压电陶瓷变压器侧电极的连接问题 ,本文提出了激光钎焊的焊接方法 ,采用金属丝网辅助钎膏钎焊工艺 ,对PECT发电元件的侧电极进行激光钎焊。试验结果表明 ,该工艺解决了多层异质复合结构元件不同性质分割区域表面的连接问题 ,全连通率高 ,热影响小 ,激光钎焊接头抗拉强度与疲劳强度均较高

【Abstract】 Piezoelectric ceramics transformer (PECT),with multilayer heterogeneity lamination,is a kind of new electronic parts and components.At present,handwork welding iron is often adopted to weld the lateral electrode of PECT.However,the conventional weld method has many defects,such as low work efficiency and the rate of finished products,difficult to assure the all connectedness and control the formation of intermetallic compound,poor welding quality,high rate of rework,and so on.Aim at the joint problem of lateral electrode of PECT,laser soldering method has been brought forward in this paper.The process assisted with wire mesh and soldering paste has been adopted to weld the lateral electrode of PECT.The testing results indicated the joint problem of multilayer heterogeneity lamination has been settled using this process,and the PECT has high all connectedness and small heat impact.Tensile strength and fatigue strength of laser soldered joint are higher than those of the conventional joint.
