EDC68高硬度高耐磨堆焊电焊条
A Superhigh Hardness Surfacing Electrode EDC 68
【摘要】 采用ZWZY5配方设计系统拟订试验方案 ,对试验数据进行直观分析、正交回归计算 ,建立了堆焊金属硬度的回归方程 ,并得到堆焊焊道裂缝数量直观分析结果 ,从而找出了各药皮成分对堆焊金属硬度、抗裂性等性能的影响规律。然后以堆焊金属硬度的回归方程作为目标函数 ,进行最优化计算 ,求得堆焊金属硬度最高的堆焊焊条配方。再根据焊道裂缝数量的直观分析及工艺性能情况 ,综合考虑药皮成分对抗裂性能和工艺性能的影响 ,对该焊条配方稍做适当调整 ,最后确定了EDC6 8堆焊电焊条配方。EDC6 8堆焊电焊条可进行不预热或低温预热 (15 0~ 35 0℃ )堆焊 ,其堆焊层不开裂或轻微开裂 ,堆焊金属具有高硬度、高耐磨、高韧性、耐冲击等优良综合性能 ,其常温硬度达6 8~ 71HRC ,且能适应冲击工况要求
【Abstract】 A ZWZY5 system for prescription design is adopped to draw up a test plan,to intuitively analyse the datums,to compute by a means of orthogonal regression,to institute the regression equations for the surfacing metal hardness,to obtain the intuitive analytic result of the crack numbers of the weld bead,and to find the influential laws of each coating constituent to the properties of surfacing metal hardness,cracking resistance,and so on.Then taking the regression equations of surfacing metal hardness as target function,we apply an optimum computation,to derive a surfacing welding electrode prescription with the highest hardness,comprehensively consider the influence of each coating constituent on cracking resistance and welding process,slightly make some proper adjustment to the electrode prescription,and finally obtain the prescription of surfacing electrode EDC68.Surfacing electrode EDC68 can be used in the case of low temperature preheating (150~350℃)or withont preheating at all.Its layers only have slight cracks or no crack.The surfacing metal has fine comprehensive properties with superhigh hardness and workability,wearability,high toughness and impact resistance.Under the normal temperature its hardness HRC is 68~71,and it can meet the demand of impact working.
