再生胶工业废气的生物法净化研究
RESEARCH ON PURIFYING THE INDUSTRIAL WASTE GAS OF RUBBER-REGENERATING PROCESS BY BIOLOGICAL METHOD
【摘要】 采用生物法废气净化技术净化治理橡胶再生低浓度有机废气 ,工业试验装置连续运行 10 0d的结果显示 ,其对再生胶废气中甲苯的净化效率可较长时间保持在 90 %左右 ,废气经处理后可以实现达标排放。废气处理成本约为工厂再生胶产值的 0 12 %~ 0 14% ,具有较好的技术先进性和经济合理性。后续的工程化装置连续运行并达标验收
【Abstract】 The low concentration organic waste gas of rubber regenerating process was purified using the biopurifiying technology in this research.The result of 100 day running of the industrial test device indicated that the purification efficiency of toluene in the rubber regenerating waste gas could be kept at 90% for a long time and the treated waste gas could meet the National Emission Standard.The cost of biotreating the waste gas is at 0.12%~0.14% of the regenerated fubber production value of the factory.The biopurifying technology of waste gas displayed its good advancement of technology and rationality of economy.The following engineering device was run continuously and passed the examination and acceptance.
