【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the necessity to develop environmental economic valuation under the sustainable development strategy of China,and points out that conducting delicate environmental economic valuation during the coures of EIA is one of the valid operation approaches.Then,the sustainable development index system is constructed,and the best environmental economic valuation methods are advanced according to different indexes.Finally,the new procedure of environmental economic valuation is advanced.更多还原
