【摘要】 在经济全球化和知识经济的大背景下 ,各国的科技教育逐步趋向融合 ,世界高等教育呈现出普及化、信息化、市场化和终身化的发展趋势。我国在加入世界贸易组织 (WorldTrade Organization,WTO)后 ,国外教育产业将进一步介入国内教育市场 ,在教育思想、教育体制、教育方式等方面 ,对我国教育 ,尤其是高等教育产生全面而深刻的影响。我们必须大力发展地方高等教育 ,积极支持中外合作办学 ,鼓励教育投资多元化 ,努力开辟国际教育市场 ,尽快完善教育法规 ,主动迎接 WTO对我国高等教育的挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of economic globalization and knowledge economy,the scientific education worldwide is inclined to come together.So the popularization,informationalization,maketability and life\|long trend become the characteristics of the world’s higher education. After China enters WTO, alien educational industry will exert more influences in the aspects of educational ideas, systems and methods,etc. So it’s necessary to develop local higher education, actively support sino\|foreign joint schools, encourage the variety of educational investments,make efforts to develop international education maket and improve the educational laws and regulations to meet the challenges after WTO.更多还原
