【摘要】 目的　探讨老年性白内障双眼同时进行白内障囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入术的手术效果。方法　36例老年性白内障同时进行白内障囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入术 ,术后观察矫正视力、眼内炎症和眼压 ,与同期老年性白内障单眼手术的眼进行对照。结果　同时手术的双眼与单眼同样手术的眼之间 ,不论是术后视力、眼压还是眼内炎症差异无显著性。结论　老年性白内障双眼同时行囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入术在临床可积极采用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the operative effect of simultaneous binocular extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lenses implantation(ECCE IOL) in senile cataract.Methods Simultaneous binocular ECCE IOL were performed in 36 cases of senile cataract.Postoperative vision,inflammation and intraocular pressure were oberved and compared with those after monocular ECCE IOL in senile cataract.Results No significant diferences of postoperative vision,inflraocular pressure and inflammation existed between the two simultaneous operative eyes or between binocular and monocular operative eyes.Conclusion Simultaneous binocular ECCE IOL should been adopted positively in senile cataract.更多还原
