【摘要】 目的　探讨微板法快速测定丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (alanine aminotransferase,AL T)活性室内质控的重要性。方法　采用微板速率法对低中高值及非定值质控血清进行测定 ,与全自动生化仪的测定结果进行对照 ,并对结果作统计学处理。结果　微板法测得 AL T的结果与全自动生化仪所测得结果非常相似 ,所测结果快速准确 ,且对非定值质控血清所测结果的变异系数符合要求。结论　本法符合于对献血员的筛选要求 ,适合在输血机构推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the importance of detection the activity of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) with microplate technique under the quality control within room.Methods The low,moderate,high and undetermined level serum of quality control were detected with microplate technique and compared with the result of autobiochemical analysis.The data were dealed with statistic methods.Results The results of ALT detected with microplate technique were accurate,quick,and closed to that of autobiochemical analysis.The result of the undetermined level serum consisted with the requirement of variant coefficient.Conclusion This method accords with the demand of screening the blood donator and is suited to popularize in blood transfusion departments.更多还原
