【摘要】 目的　探讨卡托普利对病毒性心肌炎疗效及作用机制。方法　测定 2 0例患儿服药前后左心室射血分数 (L VEF)、室壁相对厚度 (RWT)、血浆血管紧张素 (PA )的变化 ,并进行对比研究。结果　服药前 L VEF、RWT、PA 明显高于对照组 ,服药后上述指标基本恢复正常。结论　卡托普利在病毒性心肌炎的治疗中有较好的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objcetive To investigate the effect and the mechanisn of captopril for the treatment of viral myocarditis.Methods The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),the relative wall thickness(RWT)and the plasma angiotensin(PAⅡ)were detected in 20 patients respectively before and after taking captopril and studied comparatively.Results Before taking the medicine the values of the LVEF,RWT and PAⅡ were higher in study group than that in control group.After taking captopril the elevated values were returned normal.Conclusion The captopril is an effective medicine in the treatment of viral myocarditis.更多还原
