【摘要】 目的　研究百蕊含片 (TCT)的镇痛作用。方法　采用小鼠扭体、热板、甩尾等疼痛模型。结果　TCT (2 .2 7,6 .80 g/kg,ig,qd× 7d)可减少小鼠的扭体次数 ;6 .80 g/kg TCT能延长小鼠的甩尾潜伏期 ;(0 .76 ,2 .2 7,6 .80 g/kg,ig)三种剂量的 TCT均可延长小鼠热板痛反应潜伏期。结论　百蕊含片有明显的镇痛作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the analgesic effect of thesium chinense trochee(TCT).Methods Writhing test,hot plate and thrilling test in mice were applied.Results TCT(2.27、6.80 g/kg,ig,qd×7 d)reduced the writhing numbers,6.80 g/kg TCT prolonged the latency of thrilling.Three kinds of doses of TCT(0.76, 2.27 , 6.80 g/kg,ig)lasted the incubation period of hot plate pain.Conclusion TCT has significant analgesic effect.更多还原
