【摘要】 结垢现象在工业生产中普遍存在 ,有关这方面的研究较多[1,3 ,4 ,5] 。本文主要研究二水硫酸钙在稳定过饱和溶液 (Ca2 +浓度为 0 .0 35M )中晶体生长现象及不同无机物质作为添加剂对晶体生长的影响。不同添加剂对它的影响各不相同 ,在实际生产中可加入不同添加剂抑制结垢或在溶液预处理时使二水硫酸钙晶体充分析出 ,以达到在关键工序中防垢的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The phenomenon of scaling is common in the industrial production. Many thesises are concerned with it.The crystal growth phenomenon of CaSO 4·2H 2O and the effects of different inorganic substances as additives on it in the stable supersaturated solution. are studied mainly in this paper. Different additives have different effects. It is possible to inhibit scale by adding different additives in the actual industrial production or to make CaSO 4. 2H 2O deposit fully in the solution pretreatment stage, so as to attain the purpose of preventing scale in the key working procedures.更多还原
