【Abstract】 Abstract The application of mathematic and operational methodology in business decision - making has established the qualitative analysis from which reliable quantitative analysis data have been obtained, scientific decision making enwurecl. Due to restricted conditions and variables for decision making, the quantitative computation is a heavy workload. This article provides solutions to this problem by using programming software which makes this work easy to operate.
