铝塑复合管用塑料材料的性能研究

【摘要】对用于铝塑复合管的不同种PE原料的力学性能、熔体流动速率、维卡软化点等性能进行了测试 ,并研究了标记铝塑复合管不同种用途的色母料的加入对材料性能的影响。试验得出 :色母料加入硅烷交联聚乙烯能降低其交联度 4 %左右 ,在基料与色母料配比为 10 0 :1时 ,材料的力学性能最佳更多还原
