聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂的合成与光固化涂料的性能研究
Synthesis of PUA and tudy of properties of its UV cure coating
【摘要】 采取两步法合成聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂(PUA)。通过改变反应条件,研究和分析了温 度、反应时间、催化剂浓度对PUA合成的影响,得出适宜的合成条件:反应温度为70℃(一步)/ 80℃(二步),催化剂量为1.2%左右,反应时间为8~9h;考察了PUA紫外光固体涂料的稳定性、硬 度、附着力等基本性能。
【Abstract】 Through changing of the reaction conditions, the effect of temperature, reaction time and catalyst concentration on synthesis of PUA and properties of coating was studied in details. The moderate conditions of synthesis PUA are: reaction temperature 70℃(I)/80 (Ⅱ), catalyst content about 1. 2 % and reaction time 8-9h. And some foundational properties, such as stability, hardness, adhesive force et al., were detected or compared.
