红霉素肟羟基的醚化保护研究
Study on Etherification Protection of Hydroxy of Erythromycin Oxime
【摘要】 研究双烷氧基环己烷（１，１－二异丙氧基环己烷、１，１－二乙氧基环己烷和１，１－二甲氧基环己烷）对红霉素肟的肟羟基加以保护的反应情况，利用薄层色谱（ＴＬＣ）对反应过程进行跟踪，高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）测定产品的纯度。
【Abstract】 Reaction on protection of hydroxy of erythromycin oxime by dialkoxy cyclohexane (1, 1 - diisopropoxy cyclohexane, 1, 1 -diethoxy cyclohexane, 1, 1 - dimethoxy cyclohexane ) is studied, TLC is used to track reaction process, and purity of the product is determined by HPLC.
