【摘要】 某型号增压电爆活门发生试验故障 ,对其火工品进行了分析。通过复核火工品研制过程中的有关试验数据、进行必要的补充试验以及对火工品在电爆活门中作用机理的分析与验证 ,用充分的试验数据证明了电爆活门故障非火工品所致。同时发现了火工品在电爆活门中使用的不足之处 ,改进了火工品设计更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes an analysis of test failures of the pressurized electroexplosive valves for a rocket. By reviewing the related test data measured during the pyrotechnics development, performing necessary supplemenary tests and analysing and verifying the pyrotechnics function mechanism in the electroexplosive valves, it demonstrated that the valve failures not result from the pyrotechnics. At the same time it was found that the pyrotechnics had defects when used in the valves, thus the pyrotechnics design was improved.\;更多还原
