扩散控制型混合药膜体系包膜材质对缓释性能的影响
Effect of Variation of Outer Membrane Materials on Release Process of Monolithic Matrix Coated with Outer Membrane Systems
【摘要】 采用自制的5-Fu/EAVL混合药膜,以C_d≤C_s和C_d>C_s两种情况下的扩散控制型混合药膜包膜体系的缓释机理为指导,进行了一系列控制释放实验,研究了包膜材质对缓释性能的影响情况。
【Abstract】 5-Fu/EAVL monolithic matrix coated with outer membrane system was designed. Based on the release kinetics of monolithic matrix coated with outer membrane systems (Cd≤Cs and Cd > Cs) , some related experiments were conducted and the effects of variation of outer membrane materials on release process were analyzed.
