【Abstract】 Sucrose ester is a kind of nonionic surfactant. Synthesis methods of sucrose ester of fatty acid are reviewed . Solvent methods ( such as dimethyl formamide, propylene glycol, water, methanol methods) and solvent-free methods (iuclude biological method) are introduced.
