建筑涂料生产废水的处理技术
Study on Treatment Technology for Wastewater from Construction Paint Production
【摘要】 采用混凝沉淀—芬顿试剂催化氧化—活性炭吸附工艺对建筑涂料生产废水的处理进行了研究。用硫酸铝作混凝剂 ,投加量为 5 0 0 m g/ L ;芬顿试剂法处理的废水 p H为 6 .0 ,H2 O2 /COD值为 4.0 ,Fe SO4投加量为 15 40 m g/ L ,氧化反应时间大于 4h;活性炭投加量为 0 .2 g/ L时 ,处理后出水 COD小于 10 0 m g/ L。
【Abstract】 A study on treatment of wastewater from construction paint production by coagulation precipitation Fenton reagent catalytic oxidation activated carbon adsorption process has been carried out.Under the conditions of 500 mg/L of aluminum sulfate dosage,pH 6.0 of wastewater,4.0 of H 2O 2/COD,1540 mg/L of FeSO 4 dosage,4 h of oxidation reaction time and 0.2 g/L of activated carbon dosage,the concentration of effluent COD is less than 100 mg/L.
