散射式浊度仪的改进和应用

【摘要】 探讨散射式浊度仪的测试机理和改进方法。测试结果表明,采用新型单色电子光源和配备发光强度稳定电路的散射式浊度仪具有低浊度范围准确性和灵敏度高,至100 NTU线性好,不须经常调整零点和重新标定,耗电量少,光源寿命长和抗色度干扰能力强等特点,适用于水厂提高滤池效果和监测出水水质。

【Abstract】 :The measuring mechanism of diffusion nephelometer and methods for its improvement were studied, the result of which shows that the diffusion nephelometer using a new-type monochromatic electronic light source and pro-vided with a luminous intensity stabilizing circuit is featured by high accuracy and sensitivity in case of narrow range of NTU, with good linearity up to 100 NTU, without frequent adjustment of zero point and re-calibration, less consumption of power, long life of light source, strong resistance to color interference, etc., and is, therefore, suitable for the im-provement of the efficiency of filter tanks and the monitoring of the quality of outlet water in water plants.
