含磷磺酸盐共聚物阻垢剂的制备及其性能研究
Preparation of A Scale lnhibitor of Phosphorus-ContainingSulphonate Terpolymer and Study of Its Performance
【摘要】 以水为溶剂 ,次磷酸钠—过氧化氢为引发剂 ,马来酸酐(MA)、2-丙烯酰胺 -2-甲基丙基磺酸(AMPS)、2 -丙烯酰胺2-甲基丙基膦酸(AMPP)为单体合成了三元共聚物。探讨了该共聚物聚合率、阻垢分散效果与引发剂量 ,单体配比等之间的关系 ,考察了水质条件变化对共聚物阻碳酸钙垢性能的影响 ,并与其它阻垢剂阻碳酸钙垢性能进行比较。结果表明 ,该共聚物具有很好聚合率和阻CaCO3 垢、阻Ca3(PO4)2 垢、分散氧化铁的能力。
【Abstract】 A terpolymer was prepared from the monomers of maleic anhydride(MA),2-acrylamino-2-methylpropane sulphonic acid(AMPS) and 2-acrylamino-2-methylpropane phosphonic acid(AMPP).Relations between the polymerization rate and scale inhibition and dispersing effect of the said terpolymer and between the quantity of initiator and proportioning of monomers were studied.Effects of changes of water quality on the inhibition of the terpolymer against the scaling of calcium carbonate were investigated.The inhibition of this terpolymer against the scaling of calcium carbonate was compared with that of other scale inhibitors.The result shows that the said terpolymer has a good polymerization rate and a good inhibition against the scaling of CaCO 3 and Ca 3(PO 4)2,and is a good dispersant for ferric oxide.
