厌氧—好氧交替工艺生物除磷及活性污泥特殊染色
Biological Removal of Phophous Using Aerobic/Anaerobic Alternation Processand Peculiar Staining of Actived Sludge
【摘要】 研究了“厌氧—好氧交替工艺”生物除磷工艺 ,确定最佳厌氧时间为1 5h ,最佳好氧时间为4h。应用特殊染色法直接将活性污泥制成切片染色 ,通过显微镜镜检PHB、Poly-p(聚磷颗粒) ,可以监测除磷效果。
【Abstract】 biological removal of phophous by “aerobic/anaerobic alternation process” was tested,with the optimum aerobic time determined to be 1.5 hours and the optimum anaerobic time to be 4 hours.The result of phosphorus removal can be monitored using peculiar staining process,with which activated sludge is directly made into a specimen on a glass slide and stained,and through detectionof PHB and poly-p by microscope.
