【摘要】 在当前教育界形成了一阵多媒体网络热潮的时候,本文以一分为二的观点,简要分析其特征,并介绍了国外有关构建网络学习环境的四条原则及其优越性;提出了网络教育环境的五点负面影响,并认为在应用先进技术时,首先要以新的教育观念为指导。最后提出了积极开展应用试验的三点建议和应着重解决的六个问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper dichotornously analyzes the features of the mass - media internet, which is widely and vigorously used in the current educational circles. It introduces 4 principles and advantages and 5 side - effects as well in the building up on - line study environment in foreign countries. In the author s opinion, the new educational concept is the guidance when advanced teehology is adopted.
