【Abstract】 Taking separately the exit temperature of cooling water in cooler and the temperature of heating steam in heater as the operating variables, and making the total expenses as objective function, a mathematical model to optimize both exit temperature of cooling water in cooler and temperature of heating steam in heater i.e. optimizing heat transfer temperature difference, is presented.
