【摘要】 １９９７年，国务院学位委员会审议通过 了《工程硕士专业学位设置方案》，这是我国学位制度改革的一项重要举措，顺应了国民经 济发展的需要，丰富了工科研究生培养的类型。文章就设置工程硕士专业学位的意义，工程 硕士的培养特点，包括在课程设置、教学实施、论文选题和评价、实行双导师制，以及建立 工程硕士培养基地等方面的问题进行了讨论，强调了注重质量、促进发展的思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 1997, the Academic Committee of the State Council Approved the Scheme of the Establishment of Engineering Specialty of Master Deg ree. It is an important move in the reforms of Academic Degree System, which con forms to the needs of the development of the national economy and enlarges the e xisting models of training graduate students of engineering for Master’s degree. In this paper, the significance of offering Master’s degree of this kind and th e characteristics of training are discussed, including course design, implementa tion of teaching, selection of thesis topics, thesis evaluation, practice of the System of Double Tutors and the bases for training candidates of Master of Engi neering. It also calls for due attention to the quality and promotes the develop ment in this aspect.更多还原
