【摘要】 高等学校社会科学学报是以反映本校教学 、科研成果为主的学术理论刊物，是开展国内外学术交流的重要园地。认真研究学报的共性 与 个性要求，突出学报的特色，是提高学报质量的重要任务。提高期刊质量有共性要求，如时 代性、学术性等，学报也不例外，但更应注重发挥各个学报的自身优势。文章认为应正确处 理共性与个性的关系，发挥编辑人员的主观能动性，努力办好学报，并着重从发挥理工科院 校自身优势的角度，论述了社科学报做好选题策划、栏目设置等工作对于提高论文学术水平 和学报质量的重要性。同时还分析了时代的发展对编辑素质提出的新要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The journals of social sciences in the institutions of higher learning, as academic and theoretical publications, report and public ize the results of teaching and science, which plays an important role in the ac ademic exchanges at home and abroad. It is an important task to study the requir ements of their general and specific characters so as to utilize their character istics and improve their quality. There are some common requirements in general characters in the work of improving the quality, such as, the times and academic characters, including the journals. But it is more important to attach great im portance to their own advantages. The paper holds that the relationships between general characters and specific ones should be correctly handled, the initiativ es of the editors’ should be brought into full play and a good job can be done i n managing the journals well. The paper also discusses the importance of selecti ng the topics and arranging columns and the impact on the improvement of academi c levels. At the same time, the paper analyzes some new demands needed by the ch anging of the times for the qualified editors.更多还原
