【Abstract】 The ROSS filter spectrometer for soft X ray spectrum measurements has been studied in this paper. The basic principle of the ROSS filter difference pair is introduced. Design and the calculation results of ROSS filter difference pair are given. The absolute intensity of the soft X ray spectrum from laser plasma has bean measured. Finally, the measured errors of spectrum intensity are analysed and estimated.更多还原
