【Abstract】 A novel preselection machine CDYM-1-02 of sleeve gasket is developed, which is equipped on the guide line of main gear axis of automobile’s rear axle. The design idea, compositions and performance of this system are introduced.This machine controlled by a computer can measure the clearance along axes and select suitable sleeve gasket so that the clearance along axes of main gear axis can be eliminated and the planned tightening moment can be achieved. Thus the production efficiency and the quality of products can be improved greatly. With stable parameters and reliable performance,the developed machine is worth applying and spreading.更多还原
